Security
TALK is built to handle real conversations, decisions, and follow-through - with security, privacy, and control built into every layer.
All data in TALK is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard protocols.
Rooms and sessions stay intentionally scoped. Access is invitation-based, private sessions remain private, and the product is structured for deeper role-based permissions as TALK grows.
AI processing in TALK is secured and scoped to the workflow itself. TALK does not use your organisation's data to train public AI models or expose it outside your workspace. Outputs remain reviewable, and nothing becomes canonical until a person confirms it.
TALK runs on secure, globally trusted cloud infrastructure used by modern SaaS platforms, with managed databases, secure compute environments, and continuous availability monitoring.
The conversations, decisions, tasks, summaries, and memory captured in TALK remain under your control. The product is designed to help teams keep context usable, not to take ownership of it.
Hosts choose whether a session stays private, is recorded, or becomes AI-assisted. That keeps sensitive conversations private while still allowing teams to use automation where it adds value.
TALK is designed to remain stable during live sessions and post-session processing. Core meeting functionality continues even if background processing is delayed or retried.
The current product foundation is designed with stronger operational controls in mind, including the path toward formal enterprise programmes such as SOC 2 as the platform matures.
Trust
TALK is built so the meeting can stay central while privacy, follow-through, and memory stay under control.
